Attorney Paul R. Pudloski has over 40 years’ experience serving individuals, families and local businesses as a trusted legal counselor and advocate.  His greatest strengths are clear communication skills, achieving practical solutions to complex legal issues, collaboration, and mentoring his clients.

Paul has assisted hundreds of clients in their estate planning needs, and offers advice to growing, aging or blended families, single individuals, widows and widowers.  Paul is highly respected among his peers for his ability to analyze complicated fact patterns and offer practical solutions, while employing a down-to-earth style that clients appreciate.

Attorney Pudloski is the author of the NH Landlord Survival Kit, a comprehensive set of Legal Guides and customized Documents to enable landlords to manage their residential rental properties in compliance with New Hampshire’s strict laws.  He was the Co-founder of the “Seacoast Collaborative Divorce Professionals”, a group of attorneys, financial planners and mental health professionals who practice Collaborative Divorce in the NH Seacoast area.  A former Prosecutor, Paul is a Past President of the Rockingham County Bar Association and former Co-Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy.  In 2016, he was admitted to the “Loyal Order of the Rock”, a lifetime achievement award given by the Rockingham County Bar Association.

Attorney Pudloski and his wife Lyn raised their family in Exeter and Lyn was an educator at the Cooperative Middle School in Stratham for several years.  They have relocated to the West Coast to live near their grandchildren, so Paul has affiliated himself with the Law Firm of Donohue, O’Connell & Riley, PLLC in Exeter to better serve his clients in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.
